AST6260-26  threaded adaptor for vibratory 'hammer action' diesel injector removal kit  is suitable for Continental and Siemens injectors that feature a female thread.

Diesel injectors commonly feature a male thread at the top of the body, with a female threaded nut to retain the solenoid and electrical connection. Some Continental and Siemens injectors feature a female thread at the top of the injector, requiring a male threaded adaptor for removal using a slide hammer / air hammer.
