High Pressure Fuel Pump Sprocket Locking Pin - 1.6HDi - Citroën - DS - Ford - Peugeot - Toyota - Opel/Vauxhall - Volvo
AST5258 is used to lock the high pressure fuel pump sprocket to enable the sprocket nut to be loosened in order to remove the HP Fuel Pump fitted to the PSA 1.6 BlueHDi. This engine is found in various applications, including DS, Ford, Toyota, Opel/Vauxhall and Volvo.
This sprocket locking pin enables the technician to loosen and tighten the high pressure fuel pump sprocket retaining nut to facilitate the removal / installation of the high pressure fuel pump. Toyota list this pin as a requirement for the high pressure fuel pump sprocket alignment during timing belt replacement.

Camshaft Carrier Alignment Pin Set - DV4 / DV5 / DV6 - Citroën - Peugeot - Ford - Opel - Vauxhall - Fiat - Mazda - Mini - Mitsubishi - Toyota - Volvo
AST5339 camshaft carrier alignment pins are required for timing chain-in-head replacement procedures on 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6 HDi engines.
The camshafts and timing chain are part of a camshaft carrier assembly, to replace the camshaft timing chain the carrier assembly must be removed from the engine. AST5339 ensures correct location of the camshaft carrier during reassembly of the engine.
AST5339 is suitable for all 1.4 (DV4), 1.5 (DV5) and 1.6 (DV6) diesel engine applications covered by engine setting/locking kit AST4735A.
